Yoga for Pregnancy
Suitable from 12 weeks. Lovely breathing work, yoga and thinking about labour and birth, very relaxing.
Mother and baby yoga
Relax Stretch and Breath doing gentle yoga postnatal yoga with baby.
Wednesday ST.Paul’s URC Liss Hillbrow Road.
1.15-2.15pm - from postnatal check up to 6 months after birth.
2.35-3.35pm - for babies from about 6 months up a year old.
There's time to chat and get to know other mothers over a drink and a snack after the class. Cost is £30 for all 6 classes.

Join us for a cuppa and a chat. For all parents and carers with babies up to standing.
Two rooms with age appropriate toys in each. Breastfeeding counsellors and a private room for breastfeeding support.
